At Food Energy, we are committed to providing high-quality food products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The package is tampered with upon delivery.
Return Request
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- Brief description of the issue
Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us.
